  • For VIP guests – a reserved table seating is done by the onboard supervisor depending on the number of persons and the time of booking.
  • Each guest is required to have their Emirates ID or passport for the activity.
  • Transfer times may vary depending on traffic and route.
  • Road closures may mean – pick-up or drop-off may not be available after 4 PM.
  • Wearing proper party clothing or casual outfit for the party is expected. Flip-flops or swimwear should not be worn.
  • Arrive at the boarding site early – to prevent long lines.
  • No outside food or beverages will be allowed on board.
  • Sitting arrangements will vary depending on ticket category purchased (regular or VIP).

  • Late arrivals will be considered as no shows – and no refund will be given.
  • The coast guard has the option of closing the area to open water access – and moving the cruise in the event of rough sea conditions.

The relevant authorities may, at their sole discretion, postpone, suspend, or cancel fireworks displays without prior notice, where permitted or required by applicable laws, regulations, and official directives.

Poor Weather or Rough Sea Conditions

If weather conditions are unsafe or the sea becomes rough – the captain may delayor cancel the cruise. Guest safety remains the top priority at all costs.

Technical or Safety Challenges

The activity may be cancelled if there are unexpected mechanical problems or safety concerns that could affect the cruise experience.

Minimum Guest Requirement Not Met

A minimum number of participants is required for the cruise to operate. If the required number is not reached – the event may be cancelled.

Force Majeure Events

The organizer may cancel the activity due to circumstances beyond control – such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergency situations.

Liability Limitations

They are not liable for weather-related changes or missed attractions – including fireworks displays.
