The relevant authorities may, at their sole discretion, postpone, suspend, or cancel fireworks displays without prior notice, where permitted or required by applicable laws, regulations, and official directives.

  • Tour cannot be cancelled after booking. There are no refunds for packages cancelled.
  • Under the following circumstances – the organizer has the right to cancel the charter or event.
  • The organizer or captain can cancel, postpone or reschedule the event – to make sure that the guests are all safe in case of bad weather or sea conditions are adverse.
  • If the organizer experiences any mechanical breakdown, operational problems (or even safety issues) with the charter – then they may cancel the booking.
  • It is a group yacht – which has to incorporate the minimum passengers onboard. The organizer would cancel the event in case the requirement is not fulfilled within the deadline.
  • In case of a natural calamity, Government restrictions, pandemic and other major emergencies – there will be no liability for cancelations.
  • In case of any extra costs for booking with the third party, accommodation, or traveling – the organizer does not have their responsibility.
