1. Bad Weather and Rough Sea Conditions
If the weather turns bad or the sea gets too rough – the captain will make a call. We might delay the trip, change the date, or cancel it entirely. Your safety is always our biggest priority.

2. Technical or Operational Issues
If a sudden mechanical issue arises or we run into a safety glitch – we will cancel the booking to protect everyone on board.

3. Low Guest Count
The New Year Cruise activity needs a certain number of people to set sail. If we don’t hit that headcount by the cutoff date – we may have to call off the event.

4. Extreme Emergencies (Force Majeure)
Things like extreme natural disasters or sudden government restrictions are totally out of our hands. If something like this happens – we can cancel without facing legal penalties.

5. No Extra Payouts
If a cancellation happens – we will send back the exact amount you paid us. We won’t cover any personal extras you paid for on your own – like hotels or travel tickets.

6. Our Liability Limitations
Our only responsibility is refunding your ticket money. We can’t control the weather and we won’t be responsible if you miss specific highlights – like the fireworks show – due to issues outside our control.
