Essential Information
  • Emirates ID/Passport is required from guests.
  • Bookings are done by the upper deck and lower deck.
  • Details of location and contact person will be available – 1 or 2 days prior to the activity.
  • Wardrobe needs to be suitable for the party. Beachwear or bikinis are not allowed.
  • No one can get onboard if they arrive late – since the cruise leaves at the posted time.
  • Late arrivals will be considered a no show.
  • Optional private transfers are available for pick-up and drop-off.
  • Pick-up may not be available in areas affected by road closures after 4 PM.
  • Pick up times are estimates and may be subject to change – depending on traffic and location.
  • Centrally-located hotels or residences in Dubai are available for transfers.
  • Weather conditions may cause the location for the cruise to be changed – in response to instructions from the coastguard, if sea conditions become rough.
  • Pre-booking and group discounts may be available.
  • Pick-up is done between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM – as per guest’s location.
  • If you are not hiring a private transfer – you will be taken directly to Dubai Marina Harbor.
  • Direct reporting is from 8 PM to 8:30 PM.
  • Boarding time is 9:00 PM.
  • The cruise starts at 10:00 PM and ends at around 1:00 AM – on January 1st
  • Those who book private transfers will be picked up between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM – with respect to the location.

By Metro: The best way to get here is to catch the Red Line Metro and exit at Jumeirah Lake Towers station. From there – walk towards Dubai Harbor.

By Bus: There are bus routes 8, 84 and F55A which run near Dubai Marina Harbor.

By Private Transfers: For those who would like to be picked up or dropped off at the hotel, private transfers are available.

  • Pick-up from Airport or from another emirate is available on a cost as quoted by the Airport – depending on the location.
  • The pick-up and drop-off times may vary slightly from these – due to traffic and guest location, usually within 30-60 minutes.
  • Pickup for New Year 2027 will be from 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM on December 31
  • Boarding is between 9:00 PM and 9:45 PM.
  • Drop-off is scheduled between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM on January 1st, 2027.

Important Information Regarding ‘Without Transfers’

  • Arrive at least 1 hour before the cruise is leaving.
  • Direct boarding starts from 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
  • The cruise will start at 10:00 PM and finish around 1:00 AM.
  • The relevant authorities may, at their sole discretion, postpone, suspend, or cancel fireworks displays without prior notice, where permitted or required by applicable laws, regulations, and official directives.
  • After all tours have been booked – there will be no cancellation and 100% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If you arrive late, it will be considerd No Show and there will be no refund.
  • Tickets for children under 10 years must be booked as child tickets.
  • Over the age of 10 years – children must book standard tickets.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the charter or event under certain circumstances:

Unfavorable Weather or Sea Conditions

In case of safety risk due to bad weather or sea state – the organiser/captain reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel sailing.

Technical/Operational Issues

The organiser reserves the right to cancel the booking – due to mechanical failure, safety reasons or other operational considerations, if deemed necessary for the safety of the guests.

Requirements Not Met

Minimum number of participants may be required for the New Year Cruise. The organiser may cancel the event – if the necessary amount is not achieved within the designated period.

Force Majeure Events

If a natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemic, major emergencies or other outside factors make it impossible for the organiser to deliver the service – it may be cancelled, without any fault on their part.

No Additional Compensation

The organizer shall not be held liable for any extra costs that may be incurred by the guests – such as travel, accommodation, third party bookings etc.

Guests will be notified of cancellation as early as possible – via e-mail, SMS/phone or booking platform, by which they were booked.

Liability Limitation

In all cases where weather conditions, or failure to experience the planned activities, such as fireworks show (due to circumstances out of the organiser’s control) affect an activity – the organiser shall not be held liable.
