Guest Information

  • All guests require a valid Emirates ID or passport at the time of check in.
  • Wear smart party outfit for the occasion.
  • This cruise sails on 31st December only, as part of the New Year celebrations.
  • Exact boarding details and the departure time will be shared 1 or 2 days before the event.
  • Arrive at the boarding point on time as the cruise departs on time.
  • Late arrivals will be regarded as no shows and will not be eligible for refund.
  • Food and beverages from outside are not allowed onboard.
  • Carry a light jacket for the cool weather on sea.
  • Private transfers are available for the central locations. Airport pickups are not available.
  • Transfer timings may vary depending on New Year Eve’s traffic and pickup locations.
  • Road closures after 4 PM may affect the pickup timings and drop off service.
  • Little guests should be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times.
  • In case of poor weather conditions, the coast guard may relocate to an alternate location.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the tour is booked, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be processed.
  • In the event that tour becomes unavailable for any reason, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the booking.
  • In case of cancellation due to unavailability, the full refund amount will be paid.

Cancellation Due to Health Related Issue

If any customer wished to cancel the New Year booking due to health related issue, a valid medical certificate is required. Refund requests for such cancellations will be reviewed and processed upon successful verification of the documents. If sufficient proof is not given for such cases and the request does not meet criteria for a refund, the request will not be processed.

Child & Age Policy

  • Kids below the age of 3 can participate for free.
  • Children aged between 3 and 10 must book child tickets.
  • Guests above the age of 10 require a standard ticket.

Cancellation by the Organizer

While we wish to provide you the best experience, there might be certain situations when we may cancel the cruise.

Weather & Sea Conditions
In case of poor weather or risky sea conditions, the cruise may be postponed, rescheduled or even cancelled.

Technical & Operational Grounds
The organiser may cancel the event in case of any mechanical failure or operational issues.

Minimum Capacity Requirement
If the minimum number of guests is not fulfilled by the deadline, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the event.

Force Majeure
The organiser cannot be held responsible for cancellations caused due to unavoidable circumstances like natural disasters, pandemics, government imposed restrictions or other emergencies.

Refund Policy
If the event gets cancelled from the organizer’s end, the guests will be refunded the full amount. However, the organiser accepts no responsibility for any extra charges apart from the charter booking like travel, accommodation or third party reservations.

Limitation of Liability
The liability of the organiser is limited exclusively to the refund of the booking amount. No liability is accepted for situations that are not under our control, for example, disruptions caused by adverse weather or missed experiences.
