Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund is issued if cancelled 14 days before New Year.
  • A 100% cancellation charge applies if cancelled within 14 days of the New Year.
  • We will issue a full refund if we have to cancel the safari tour on our end due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Get the refund money in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).

Child Policy

  • Standard ticket charges apply to those over 10 years.
  • Children between 3 and 10 years must book child tickets.
  • Infants below 3 years old can join for free.
