  • Please note that the transfer timings can vary between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the traffic at your location.
  • Kindly be advised that your transfers are only available from residential and hotel locations inside Dubai.
  • The yacht stays punctual and right on time and does not wait for anybody who arrives late.
  • The New Year sailing ends at 2:00 AM on 1st January and it cannot be extended under any circumstances.
  • There will be arrangements for rescheduling or a refund if the event gets canceled because of weather conditions, force majeure, government orders, or equipment malfunction.
  • We advise all the guests to arrive early to avoid any last-minute hassle.
  • If your starting point is Dubai Marina, expect to watch the fireworks across Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, Ain Dubai and JBR.
  • If your starting point is Dubai Creek or the Water Canal, you will enjoy the skyline views, including Burj Khalifa.
  • The boarding location is Marina Canal.
  • Total sailing time is 4 hours.
  • Boring begins at 9:00 PM and continues until 9:30 PM.
  • Cruising begins at 10:00 PM and ends by 2:00 AM on January 1st.
  • Please note that the entire yacht timing is fixed.
  • There is no refund after the booking has been confirmed.
  • If the service becomes unavailable after payment due to certain reasons, we can arrange a cancellation and refund.

  • There is a standard price for people of all ages to sail on the yacht for the New Year.

  • The organizer or the captain has the right to delay, reschedule or cancel the sailing if there is unfavorable weather or sea conditions.
  • Please note that the organizers’ priority is the guest’s safety. Hence, in case there are any technical or operational issues, the event will be canceled.
  • Events like natural disasters, government restrictions, major emergencies or pandemics are not in the organizer’s control. Therefore, it will lead to cancellation without liability.
  • Please note that the organizer can only refund the paid amount and it does not include any additional expenses like accommodation, travel or third-party bookings by the guest.
  • Kindly note that you cannot hold the organizers responsible if you miss any scheduled experiences that include fireworks. You will only receive the charter fee paid by the guests in case you are eligible for a refund.
