  • Minimum guest requirement not met
    The activity requires a minimum number of participants to operate. If the required booking count is not met – the organizer may cancel the event.
  • Force Majeure events
    Events beyond the organizer’s control, such as government regulations, public safety measures, or other force majeure situations, may lead to cancellation.
  • Refund policy
    In the event of a cancellation initiated by the organizer – guests will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the booking. Additional personal expenses or related costs will not be reimbursed.
  • Limitation of responsibility
    The organizer’s liability is limited to the refund of the booking value. Changes resulting from weather conditions, route adjustments, government directives, marine traffic restrictions, or variations in fireworks visibility are not the organizer’s responsibility.
