  • Refund policy
    In the event of a cancellation initiated by the organizer – guests will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the booking. Additional personal expenses or related costs will not be reimbursed.

  • Limitation of responsibility
    The organizer’s liability is limited to the refund of the booking value. Changes resulting from weather conditions, route adjustments, government directives, marine traffic restrictions, or variations in fireworks visibility are not the organizer’s responsibility.
