The organizer may cancel the cruise due to technical problems or safety concerns.
A minimum number of bookings is required. If there are not enough guests – the cruise may not operate.
The cruise may also be cancelled because of government rules, public emergencies, or other events beyond the organizer’s control.
If the organizer cancels the cruise – the booking amount will be refunded. Personal expenses will not be covered.
The organizer’s responsibility is limited to the ticket amount. Route changes, weather, government instructions, or limited fireworks views are not grounds for extra compensation.
If there are any changesor cancellation – guests will be informed as early as possible by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
