Important Information Regarding ‘Without Transfers’
Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy
In cases where the guest has requested for cancellation of a New Year booking due to health-related reason – there is a need to present medical documentation to support the case. Request for refund for health situation shall only be considered after receipt of documents and verification of health situation. The company reserves the right to decline requests if there is insufficient medical documentation or the requirements of the policy are not met.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the charter or event under certain circumstances:
Unfavorable Weather or Sea Conditions
In case of safety risk due to bad weather or sea state – the organiser/captain reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel sailing.
Technical/Operational Issues
The organiser reserves the right to cancel the booking – due to mechanical failure, safety reasons or other operational considerations, if deemed necessary for the safety of the guests.
Requirements Not Met
Minimum number of participants may be required for the New Year Cruise. The organiser may cancel the event – if the necessary amount is not achieved within the designated period.
Force Majeure Events
If a natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemic, major emergencies or other outside factors make it impossible for the organiser to deliver the service – it may be cancelled, without any fault on their part.
No Additional Compensation
Refunds will only be made for the charter that has been paid for. The organizer shall not be held liable for any extra costs that may be incurred by the guests – such as travel, accommodation, third party bookings etc.
Guests will be notified of cancellation as early as possible – via e-mail, SMS/phone or booking platform, by which they were booked.
Liability Limitation
The organizer shall have no liability to refund any of the amount of charter paid by guests – other than the charter amount paid by the guests. In all cases where weather conditions, or failure to experience the planned activities, such as fireworks show (due to circumstances out of the organiser’s control) affect an activity – the organiser shall not be held liable.
