  • Drop-off: Between 2:30 AM – 3:00 AM.
  • By Metro: Take the Dubai Metro to BurJuman Station (B23) – which is the closest metro stop to Al Seef. Then head for the boarding area.
  • By Bus: Al Seef can be reached by bus from any of the routes 29, C10 and 33.
  • By Private Transfer: Guests have the option for a private transfer service which is available only for New Year’s Eve.
  • When bookings are confirmed – they are final, non-refundable, and cannot be canceled for a refund.
  • The organiser can cancel the tour – if it is not possible to organise it for any reason.
  • In the case of a cancellation initiated by the organizer – the refundable amount will usually be credited within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Guest who needs to cancel – as a result of a medical condition – will have to present a valid medical certificate or suitable medical documentation of their health condition.
  • The refund request will be considered following the medical proof verification.
  • Requests not accompanied by proper medical documentation – may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Children under 3 years old – are free to ride the cruise.
  • Children aged between 3-10 years must be accompanied by a child ticket.
  • Tickets for children older than 10 years – must be reserved as an adult/standard ticket.

Weather and Sea Conditions

In the event of unfavourable weather or unsafe sea conditions the captain or organiser reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, change or cancel the cruise – to ensure the safety of the guests.

Mechanical or Operational Issues

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the booking – in the event of mechanical breakdown, operational issues or safety issues.

Force Majeure

You have the right to expect that the activity will take place and that you will be able to attend, however unforeseen events like, but not limited to – natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies and others outside the control of the organizer – may lead to the cancellation of the event with no additional responsibility placed on the organizer.

Minimum Guest Requirement

There is a minimum participation requirement for the cruise. When the minimum number of participants is not met within the time frame – the organiser reserves the right to cancel the experience.

No Extra Refunds

Refunds are in accordance with the eligible cruise ticket amount. The organiser will not reimburse any expenses for accommodation, travel, transportation or third-party services.

Liability Limitation

The organizer is only liable to refund the charter or booking fee – if applicable. There is no liability for any disruption, change or missed experiences – due to any circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, including viewing of the fireworks.

What is included in the NYE Creek Cruise?
The cruise runs for about 3 hours along Dubai Creek. You get an international buffet with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Soft drinks, water and ice are free and unlimited. There is also a cake-cutting at midnight and separate restrooms for men and women. Alcohol isn’t part of the package. It can be bought on board, but only by guests over 21.

Where does the cruise start, and how do I get there?
It departs from Al Seef in Bur Dubai. Boarding is at Gate A on Al Seef Street, behind Canopy by Hilton Al Seef. You can take the Metro to BurJuman Station (B23) or catch bus 29, C10 or 33. A private transfer is also available on request. Airport transfers are not offered.

What are the timings on the night?
Pickup, if you choose it, is around 7:00 to 7:30 PM. Boarding starts at about 9:00 PM. The party on the water runs from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM on 1 January 2027. Drop-off is between 2:30 and 3:00 AM. Traffic is heavy on New Year’s Eve, so pickup and drop-off times can shift.

Can I bring my kids along?
Yes, but they must stay with a parent or guardian the whole time. Children under 3 travel free. Kids aged 3 to 10 need a child ticket, and anyone older needs a standard ticket. Strollers are not allowed on board, so plan for that.

Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?
No. Confirmed bookings are final and non-refundable. The only exception is a medical reason. In that case you’ll need to send a valid medical certificate, and your request will be checked before a decision is made. If the organizer cancels the cruise, the refund usually reaches you within 7 to 14 business days.
