  1. About Our Service

DubaiNewYearFireworks.com is an online booking platform for New Year’s Eve Dhow Cruise experiences in Dubai. We work with cruise operators and service providers to facilitate bookings for our customers.

 

  1. Booking Confirmation
  • A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received.
  • A booking confirmation or voucher will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger details and contact information.

     

  1. Pricing
  • All prices are displayed in the applicable currency unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change until a booking has been confirmed.
  • Once confirmed, the booking price cannot be changed except where government taxes or mandatory charges are imposed after confirmation.

     

  1. Customer Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the type of cruise booked.

Standard New Year’s Eve Dhow Cruise

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled cruise date are eligible for a refund, subject to deduction of applicable payment gateway fees, bank charges, or administrative charges.
  • Bookings cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled cruise date are strictly non-refundable.

Dutch Oriental Dhow Cruise & All Yacht Bookings

  • All bookings for the Dutch Oriental Dhow Cruise and all Yacht experiences are final.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or transferred, and no refund will be provided under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

General Conditions

  • No refund will be provided in the following situations:
  • No-shows.
  • Late arrival at the boarding point.
  • Missed boarding due to traffic, transportation delays, visa issues, flight delays, weather conditions affecting your travel, or any personal reasons.
  • Failure to produce required identification or travel documents, where applicable.
  • Voluntary early departure from the cruise.
  • Unused services after boarding.

All approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

 

  1. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

The safety of passengers is our priority. However, certain events are beyond anyone’s control.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Rough sea conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Port authority decisions
  • War
  • Armed conflict
  • Terrorism
  • Civil unrest
  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemic or public health emergencies
  • Mechanical failures affecting passenger safety
  • Any other event beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

In such circumstances:

  • The cruise operator may postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the cruise.
  • com cannot guarantee refunds if the cruise is cancelled due to Force Majeure or other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Any refund, future credit, or alternative arrangement will depend entirely on the policy of the respective cruise operator or supplier.
  • Where payments made by DubaiNewYearFireworks.com to suppliers are non-recoverable, no refund shall be payable to the customer.

     

  1. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change the booking date, passenger names, or other booking details are subject to availability and approval by the cruise operator.

Additional charges may apply.

 

  1. Cruise Schedule

Boarding times, departure times, entertainment programs, routes, seating arrangements, dining options, and inclusions are subject to operational requirements and may change without prior notice.

Such changes shall not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.

 

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Arrive at the designated boarding location before the reporting time.
  • Carry valid identification if requested.
  • Follow all instructions issued by the cruise operator and crew.
  • Behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.
  • Passengers who are intoxicated, disruptive, or pose a safety risk may be refused boarding or removed from the cruise without any refund.

     

  1. Our Liability

DubaiNewYearFireworks.com acts as a booking platform and intermediary between customers and cruise operators.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, government actions, port authorities, or third parties.
  • We are not responsible for loss of luggage, personal belongings, injury, illness, or property damage occurring during the cruise.
  • We are not responsible for flight cancellations, hotel bookings, visa expenses, transportation costs, or any other consequential or incidental losses arising from a booking or its cancellation.
  • Our maximum liability, if any, shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the affected booking.

     

  1. Third-Party Services

Cruise operations, transportation, catering, entertainment, and other services are provided by independent operators.

While we carefully select our partners, DubaiNewYearFireworks.com is not responsible for the performance or acts of third-party service providers.

 

  1. Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing their booking confirmation immediately after receiving it.

Any errors should be reported promptly. DubaiNewYearFireworks.com cannot guarantee corrections for mistakes reported close to the travel date.

 

  1. Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
