2. Technicalor OperationalChallenges If there is a sudden mechanical failure or an operational safety issue – we may cancel the booking to protect our guests.
3. Minimum Number of Guests Not Met The New Year Cruise needs a minimum number of guests to sail. If we do not hit that number by the deadline – we may reserve the right to cancel the event.
4. Unexpected Emergencies (Force Majeure) Things like natural disasters and government rules are completely out of our control. If these happen – we may have to cancel without any liability.
5. No Extra Compensation If we cancel, we will only refund the exact amount you paid us. We are not responsible for any extra costs you covered during the activity. If your trip is cancelled – we will let you know as fast as possible. Look out for an email, a text, or a phone call you used to book.
6. Liability Limitation If we have to cancel – our only job is to refund the fee you paid for the charter. We cannot be blamed for bad weather. We are also not responsible if you miss scheduled events – like the fireworks, due to things completely out of our control.
