If any customer wished to cancel the New Year booking due to health related issue, a valid medical certificate is required. Refund requests for such cancellations will be reviewed and processed upon successful verification of the documents. If sufficient proof is not given for such cases and the request does not meet criteria for a refund, the request will not be processed.
The organizer’s decision to cancel, delay or reschedule the charter or event, in some cases – is at their own discretion.
