- The yacht stays punctual and right on time and does not wait for anybody who arrives late.
- The New Year sailing ends at 2:00 AM on 1st January and it cannot be extended under any circumstances.
- There will be arrangements for rescheduling or a refund if the event gets canceled because of weather conditions, force majeure, government orders, or equipment malfunction.
- We advise all the guests to arrive early to avoid any last-minute hassle.

- Events like natural disasters, government restrictions, major emergencies or pandemics are not in the organizer’s control. Therefore, it will lead to cancellation without liability.
- Please note that the organizer can only refund the paid amount and it does not include any additional expenses like accommodation, travel or third-party bookings by the guest.
- Kindly note that you cannot hold the organizers responsible if you miss any scheduled experiences that include fireworks. You will only receive the charter fee paid by the guests in case you are eligible for a refund.
