Organizer’s Cancellation Policy
In case the following situations arise, the organization has the right to cancel the yacht event:
- Bad weather or sea conditions that are a risk to everyone’s safety. In this case, the captain can delay, reschedule, or cancel the sailing altogether.
- A mechanical failure or operational problems will definitely require the booking to be cancelled to ensure safety.
- Any events like natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or major emergencies that are not in the organizer’s control. Therefore, the cancellation can happen without liability.
- Please note that only the paid amount will be refunded, which does not include additional expenses like third-party bookings or travel accommodation. You will receive the confirmation of booking via email, SMS, phone, or the booking platform.
- The organizers are not responsible for any guest missing their scheduled experiences or for unfavorable weather conditions. The experiences include the fireworks and all the situations that are beyond our control. Therefore, the organizers are limited and need to return the charter fee paid by the guests.
